We
are way down south in latitude terms, from 45S at the Falklands
to 55S by the time we reached Ushuaia. Our days become longer with the sun
rising shortly after 6am, and she works tirelessly until almost 10pm every day.
Chilly temperature in the evenings is not conducive to outdoor activities but
the morning sun, even against a backdrop of 8-10C, is most welcome by a bunch
of us early risers at the Funnel Walk. 10 laps equals 1 mile ... after almost 2
weeks on board 30 laps is like 'a walk in the park' except we are talking about
some of the most beautiful national parks here.
